Very Berry Smoothie

Prep Notes

Cut avocado in half while moving knife around the seed. 

Discard seed and scoop out avocado with a spoon.

Cooking Time

It's really blending time and takes less than a minute.


1 serving


1C. Strawberries, frozen

1C. Blueberries, frozen

1/2 to 1 Avocado

3 Tablespoons Hemp Seeds

2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao

1 Cup Spring Water ... may need more depending on desired consistency and strength of blender.

Optional: 1 scoop of favorite flavored plant-based protein in place of the raw cacao.


Place above ingredients in the blender.

Blend at highest speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Pour into favorite large smoothie glass.


The avocado adds a creamy texture while offering whole food nutrition packed density.
Be mindful raw cacao may have a caffeine effect for some individuals. Suggest consuming this as a breakfast smoothie if that is true for you.
