Oatmeal Energy Balls

Here is an easy recipe for a snack or your next hike!



1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 cup Sunflower seed butter (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)


1/3 cup Raw Honey 

1/2 Tablespoon alcohol-free vanilla extract 




Add all of the ingredients and stir to combine well. 

Use a spoon to scoop about a tablespoon of the cookie ball mixture into your hand. Roll into a ball. 

Store the balls covered in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for much longer.
